Located in historic downtown. Offers exceptional overnight accommodations as well as convention, meeting and banquet facilities. The Fredonia has special ambiance, an elegantly comfortable lobby, inviting sidewalk café and bar with a charming French atmosphere. The citizens of Nacogdoches built the hotel, and its lobby is known as the citys living room. It is within walking distance to historic sites and the downtown-shopping district. Convention Center - 14,000 sq. ft. with a 10,000 sq. ft. main convention space seating up to 1,000. It may also be divided into two 5,000 sq. ft. rooms, each seating up to 500 people. Banita Room 2,500 sq. ft. with a 200-person capacity. Rusk Room 900 sq. ft. accommodating up to 75 people. Raguet Room 400 sq. ft. seating as many as 45. Angelina Room 400 sq. ft. with seating for 45 people.

Situated alongside Banita Creek, this facility was originally called the Anderson Grain Building, and the back area once served as a grain mill. On-site catering is available, but you may also use outside food service. The Front Room is 8,200 sq. ft., accommodates 900 guests and offers pool tables, a dance floor and a stage. The Mill room can hold as many as 400.

Situated on a peaceful wooded hill in the middle of a 140-acre farm, the lodge is a perfect setting for weddings, receptions, banquets and more. It is a full-service property with 17 guest rooms and offers a large outdoor deck and gazebo area. Day meeting rentals include a mid-morning and afternoon snack and lunch. Dining Facility 1,000 sq. ft. ideal for 50 to 60 people. Banquet Room 2,500 sq. ft. comfortably seating 180 guests. Foyer 1,700 sq. ft. accommodating 200 people.
